Efi Tsoulouchopoulou was born in Athens. After studying drawing in Athens, she was admitted at the School of Fine Arts of Brera in Milan, Italy, with main direction Painting, and among others had studied Engraving, History of Art and Graphic Design. After she returned to Greece, she has worked in a private art collection and in "Mihalarias Art" & "Stavros Mihalarias - A R T CITY" as gallery assistant. She also has taught drawing in the MEDITERRANEAN ECS School of Art. From 2004 until 2012 she had been working in the Municipal Gallery of Athens on “Inventing and Interpretating Educational Programs for children”. (from 5 up to 17 years old). From 2012 up to 2014 she has collaborated with Greek Telecommunications Museum and The B & M Theocharakis Foundation for the Fine Arts and Music as independent teacher of art in educational programs. Since June 2014 she's working back in the Municipal Gallery of Athens until now (2017). She has made solo exhibitions in Athens and various Greek cities and has participated in group exhibitions in Greece, Italy and Japan. She has participated in a competition and has won an award from a Committee of the Museum of Modern Art in Hiroshima in cooperation with the School of Fine Arts in Milan. She has participated also in a competition at The State Museum of Contemporary Art in Thessaloniki (Greece) at the workshops during Performance Festival at The 3rd Thessaloniki Biennale of Contemporary Art. Works of her are found in private collections in Greece, Italy and in the Collection of the Municipal Gallery of Athens.
